Procedure Manager^TM from Nvolve is a full hosted Procedure Management service that enables our clients to remain 100% compliant at all times by ensuring that employee training plans are fully update to date and all training needs have been satisfied, even as employees move job roles and also as procedures are being updated.

Procedure Manager^TM allows you to manage, create, edit and “up revise” all your procedures and at all times ensuring that each employee is fully compliant eg – up revise one procedure and all employees who are required to know the previous procedure are automatically assigned a new training requirement.

Procedure Manager^TM allows you to store and manage all procedures in one location and you can make this information available across your entire organisation.  A detailed audit trail is kept allowing you to report on changes made to procedures and also allowing you to keep track of old and “in active” procedures.

You can also integrate the Nvolve^TM Volume Trainer PPT^TM keypad technology into Procedure Manager^TM allowing you to train and assess employees in large groups and without the need for manual paper based assessments.

Procedure Manager^TM can be fully integrated with the other Nvolve products to create a full Compliance Training Platform.
